Yes it does. Set up includes sandbags, tarps and extra extension cords if needed. We have a delivery surcharge depending on location. There will be a charge outside the Queen Creek, call for the most up to date rates, 480-266-3243.
Set up will be between 1-4 hours of your party time. You will be given a smaller window the day before your party. We do understand parks are a little more tight on time so there is a 1 hour window with parks.
We do watch the weather closely and will stay in communication if bad weather is in the forecast. You can cancel all the way up to us arriving at your party. As soon as the inflatable is unrolled, there will be no cancellations allowed. If there is a chance of high winds exceeding 25 mph we caution to the side of canceling. When rain is in the forecast all deliveries will be canceled if there is a 70% chance or greater.
We do work full time here at Good Time Bouncers, so we do vacuum and sanitize all inflatables before every event.

Good Time Bouncers understand that things happen , if the accident is our fault, such as faulty equipment or existing damage, then no charge. If an accident occurs while renting then we would assess the damages and come back with a cost to repair.
Water slides are not allowed at city parks. If your HOA allows them, then please inform us, so we can call and confirm.
We set up on all surfaces with a tarp. If we arrive and the surface isn't able to be set up on then we will let you know.
